Patient Portal

The Patient Portal enables you to work more closely with your doctor’s office to take care of your health. You can access your Patient Portal on your computer or on your phone via the free Healow app.

What do you need in order to have a Patient Portal account?

A Patient Portal account is available for free to all our patients after the first visit. All we need from you is your email address on file with us as this is necessary to activate your Patient Portal account.

What can you do with the Patient Portal?

  • See and update your information

  • Request refills

  • Manage appointments

  • See your lab results

  • See your health information

  • Send a message to your medical team

  • Connect with your doctor via a TeleVisit Appointment.


To Login to the Patient Portal, start by clicking on the link below and follow these instructions. To find us, you will be asked to enter your Username and Password to login.

If you do no have your Username or Password, click “Forgot Username/Password?” then follow the instructions to get them. If you need BOTH the Username and Password, please start with the Username.

If you have not given us your email yet, please call our office at 252-237-5237 to provide it so we can get you started.

Finally, if you are using a mobile phone, try turning your phone sideways to help go through the login site easier.
